RETURNS AND REFUNDS

You have 14 days from receipt of the order to make your return request. No return requests will be accepted after this period. You will then have 14 days from receipt of your label to return your package.

If you do not respect the 14-day shipping period after receiving your label, your purchase will be returned to you, and you will not be reimbursed, except in exceptional cases: if it is difficult for you to respect this period, you can warn us before ordering by emailing us to hi@99things.ch It is not possible to return a parcel out of time without having informed us at the time of the order.

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer exchanges at this moment of time. If you would like to exchange sizes, you will need to place a new order for the size that you require and return your original order

All items must be returned in perfect new condition and in the original packaging provided to qualify for a refund. Where provided, any branded packaging such as dust bags, jewellery boxes and clothing tags should be included in your return.Β
The item(s) should be returned unworn and in perfect condition. Any returns that are damaged, soiled or returned without their original labels may not be accepted and may be sent back to you.Β
If we notice that your returns rate is higher than usual, we may take the decision to deactivate your account. Should this be the case, one of our Customer Care Team will be in touch to inform you of our decision.Β
Footwear should be returned unmarked, unworn and in the original and undamaged packaging.Β
Briefs, swimming costumes and bikini bottoms should be tried on over underwear. Returns may not be accepted if the strip has been removed or if the items are soiled, and may be sent back to youSkincare and beauty products can only be returned for a refund if they are unopened, unused and in a re-saleable condition with all tamper-resistant seals, packaging and any plastic wrapping intact. Deodorants cannot be returned for hygienic reasons.Β
You cannot return items that have been made to order or personalised for you.Β -
Returns should go back to the independent brand directly. To return a parcel, simply e-mail us to hi@99things.ch with the following information: order number, model returned and size, reason for return. Please do not return your order via any other means unless directed to by us.Β Once you have received the return address by email from us, you must return the package at your own expense to the best return address that you will receive from our team. Please do not send any items before receiving a confirmation from us. You will need to include your packing slip inside the package when you return it to us. Any returns without a packing slip may not be accepted.Β Once your email has been sent, you must return the package at your own expense to the best return address that you will receive from our team. We pay particular attention to the development of our products and to quality control. If there is a small defect, write to us at hi@99things.ch, with photos of the defective part, so that we can offer you the best solution!

If you have returned items by multiple brands, the refunds may be processed individually. You will receive an email once your refund has been processed.Β Once the independent brand receives the returned item(s) a refund will be issued by 99things to your original payment method, usually within 7 working days, excluding any delivery costs and customs duties where applicable as these costs have been incurred and cannot be reclaimed. If you have returned items to multiple brands, the refunds may be processed individually. You will receive an email once your refund(s) has been processed.Β Once the refund has been made, please allow up to 7 days for the refund to appear in your account or to show on your statement. If you pay with a deferred debit card, the refund will appear at the time you are normally debited.
