Meet the Designer

Lumière de Genève is a small family-and-friends business from Geneva. A young couple, Erika and Ouissem, lead it: Ouissem hand-pours every candle and creates the scents, Erika looks after the design, and family and friends chip in wherever they can.

Zesty lemongrass and candied lemon, then candied ginger, cardamom and black pepper on a vanilla base – Rêve Épicé is a lively, warming daydream. Poured by hand in Geneva by Erika and Ouissem, the young couple behind Lumière de Genève.

  • Scent family: spicy
  • Top notes: lemongrass, candied lemon, eucalyptus
  • Heart notes: candied ginger, cardamom, black pepper
  • Base note: vanilla
  • Weight: 200 g
  • Burn time: approx. 35 hours
  • Composition: fragrance, soy wax, natural stones and flowers; one wooden wick
  • Vessel: reusable metal tin
  • Made: by hand in Geneva by Lumière de Genève
  • Good to know: as the wax is 100% plant-based, it may change colour after burning.
  • Care: remove the flowers and stones before lighting; on first use, burn for about 3 hours to avoid tunnelling; read the safety label underneath the candle.
