Atelier Bagatelle began with Anne and a simple love of making. From her studio in Geneva, she crochets, lines and finishes every piece by hand — a slow, considered way of working where nothing is rushed and no two are quite the same. Born from her creative energy, each piece has its own character, made to be with you for years.

Black is the colour you never have to think about, and this quilted wallet is no exception. Atelier Bagatelle gives it a soft hooked-stitch texture, so it looks simple but never flat. It measures about 14 × 4 × 10 cm and weighs around 120 g, with a 15 cm wrist strap for quick errands. Each one is handmade in Geneva in small numbers by founder Anne.

Styling tip: Slip it into a work tote with a blazer and trousers, or carry it by its strap with a black dress for an evening out.
